Virtus Institute was formed with one goal in mind: Help people to get strong and get mobile. While you need good equipment to make that happen, it’s the training that makes all the difference. The Virtus Institute team is made up of highly qualified practitioners with years of experience and education in their fields. We work hard to build peak physical performance as well as total well-being.
The training facility itself is outfitted to train anyone -from a beginner to a strongman. We’ve got the tools to get you to work: squat racks, benches, sleds, bands, tires, logs and atlas stones. Our trainers will develop a program custom suited to your goals. Contact us and let us know what you’re training for.
