Intelligent Training is our key to your long-term success. The fitness industry is crowded with internet experts, Instagram models, and online coaches. Many of the programs offered are “cookie cutter” and not tailored to anyone’s personal needs. Our team uses their years of experience and the most up to date sports science to develop training plans for each client. No matter the setting (one on one, group, etc) you can have a plan tailored for your needs. You can find your inner strength and outer limits with Intelligent Training.

Strength Training

Interested in exploring Barbell Training? Are you a Powerlifter or are you interested in experiencing the sport? Does Olympic Weightlifting interest you? Our team has the tools to help you elevate your strength and push your limits. We have many options available so you can explore all aspects of strength training from one on one attention to individualized training plans.

Sports Conditioning

Are you an athlete competing at a higher level or are you interested in raising your game to a superior echelon? Athletes at the High School, Collegiate, and Post Collegiate level all have options at Virtus Institute. Our Power Alpha program provides a great group training environment. For those athletes needing more personal attention our team also offers dedicated one on one sessions.

Fitness Enhancement

Are you tired of the same old workout? From beginner fitness to high level MetCon training Virtus has an option to help find your inner strength and outer limits. Our GroupFit sessions offer a mix of body weight, barbell, and kettle bell exercises along with cardio capacity and strength endurance training. If training on your own schedule is your goal our team can create personalized programing to guide you. Do you need more directed one on one training? We have a team member who can help you reach new levels of fitness.
