Our coaches observed a lack of real Strength & Conditioning programming offered for athletes. This training void inspired us to create the PowerAlpha program at Virtus Barbell: Next Level Programming + Intelligent Training

Power Alpha Athletes train one on one or in small groups with a Power Alpha Coach. This small coach to athlete ratio ensures that each athlete receives the personal attention they require. Each training session utilizes the most effective training theory, techniques, and programming. Our programming is designed to develop the Strength, Endurance, Speed, Flexibility, and Coordination of each Power Alpha Athlete. Our coaches help athletes with nutritional and recovery planning, and injury prevention as well. Virtus Power Alpha Coaches take a global approach to improving the performance of every athlete.
